We are seeking an experienced Datacentre End User Sales Manager to drive growth by engaging directly with key end-user clients within the datacentre sector. This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about delivering cutting-edge lighting solutions to meet the growing demands of datacentre environments.

Role Overview:

As the Datacentre End User Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with datacentre end users, identifying opportunities, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. Working closely with internal teams, you will champion the company’s premium lighting solutions, ensuring they align with client needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue with datacentre end-user clients.

* Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including IT and facility managers, project teams, and procurement leads.

* Promote and sell lighting solutions tailored to datacentre environments, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and innovation.

* Engage with clients to identify challenges and propose technical solutions that align with their operational goals.

* Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, R&D, and operations, to deliver exceptional customer service and product solutions.

* Drive project-based sales by identifying opportunities in new builds, upgrades, and retrofits within datacentre facilities.

* Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to senior leadership.

* Travel across the UK to meet with clients and partners, attend industry events, and grow brand presence.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in sales to datacentre end users or within the datacentre, lighting, or related infrastructure sectors.

* Strong knowledge of datacentre environments, including operational and technical considerations.

* Demonstrated ability to sell complex technical solutions and build lasting client relationships.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.

* Self-motivated, results-driven, and confident in working independently.

* Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

* A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering measurable results.
