A Residential Support Worker is required to work Waking Nights in a Residential Childcare Setting in the Westbury area.

Details of the Support Worker vacancies and what the client is offering:

A permanent, full time contract working 4 on 4 off.
Great pay rates from £27,246 to £30,198 per annum, depending on experience
Supportive work environment with development and career growth opportunities
£1,000 welcome bonus once completed probation and £1,000 loyalty bonus after 12 months of employment, £2000 Regional Allowance and £1400 Attendance Allowance. As Support Worker you'll take care of our young people day to day, making sure things run smoothly and creating lasting memories. This involves making sure they are up and ready for school, helping with homework, completing paperwork and planning activities.

What the home is looking for in a Support Worker:

Desirable to have NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care or equivalent
If you do not have the above, they will pay for you to study and support you every step of the way
Full UK driving licence which has been held for at least 12 months
Ability to work efficiently as an individual or within a team setting
