Aone Children’s Services is a brand-new company developed with passion and with plethora of opportunities. We are looking for passionate people to join our team of professionals and open the door to our first Children’s Home in Westbury.
We are a dynamic company aiming to deliver highest quality services for children and young people living with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Communication and Sensory impairments and associated needs.
We are currently recruiting for the position of Support Worker with aim to create further career progression opportunities, from Senior Support workers to Deputy Managers, Registered Managers and beyond.
About the home:
The home is set at the heart of Westbury and will support up to 4 children between the ages of 5-18 years old who live wit autistic spectrum disorders and complex needs. You will be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time in the Home, you will be an integral part of the team and the lives of the young people you are supporting.

- You are caring, passionate person who is looking to kick start a new role in an enthusiastic, supportive team
- You are a team player, and you are able to demonstrate the values of the home
- You are able to use your transferable skills and life experience.
- You are capable of supporting vulnerable children with varying degrees of emotional behavioural difficulties, autism, ADHD and associated needs.
- You have a resilient attitude.
- You have strong communication skills
- You are confident in organising and updating care plans - (training and support will be provided)
- You are attentive - you should understand that each child has varying needs and will require different support specific to their needs.

- NVQ Level 3 Childcare or Health & Social Care (preferred)
