Complex Care Worker

About the Job
">As a Complex Care Worker, you will provide high-quality support to our client with complex health needs. This will involve working 1:2 waking nights per week between 10pm and 8am, supporting with respiratory needs, PEG feeding, and personal care.
">You will require experience in supporting individuals with complex needs, a calm and friendly nature, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of our client.
">In return for your dedication, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £18, plus benefits including 5.6 weeks holiday per year (pro-rata for part-time positions), company pension scheme, and access to wellbeing and support tools.

">Our client is an 18-year-old lady with CHARGE syndrome and complex health needs. She requires 1:2 waking night support to ensure her safety and well-being overnight.
