**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a waking night support worker. This role involves providing 1:1 overnight care for an 18-year-old lady with complex health needs, including respiratory care, PEG feeding, and personal care.

The successful candidate will have a calm, friendly, and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be required to complete a bespoke training programme and receive ongoing support from the team.

**Salary:** £18 per hour (pro-rata for part-time positions)

**Location:** Westbury, Wiltshire

**Job Type:** Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 overnight care for an 18-year-old lady with complex health needs
  • Support with respiratory care, PEG feeding, and personal care
  • Participate in a bespoke training programme and receive ongoing support from the team
  • Calmly handle challenging situations and priorities tasks efficiently

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs is desirable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of the individual
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
