It promotes a curriculum that blends creativity and academic rigor, ensuring every child has the opportunity to excel. With a low student-to-teacher ratio and a strong support network, the school creates an environment where both staff and students thrive. The school serves pupils from Year 1 to Year 6, including a specialized provision for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Application Requirements: The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with SEN students, particularly those with ASD.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to use alternative communication methods (e.g., PECS or Makaton).
• Possess a patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
• Have at least 1 year of experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
• Be skilled in supporting non-verbal children and tailoring interventions to individual needs.
• Hold relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desired but not essential).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), including non-verbal children.
• Implement and adapt individual learning plans (EHCPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Use alternative communication methods such as PECS or Makaton to aid in communication and engagement.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment.
• Foster social, emotional, and academic development by creating a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Perks and Benefits:
