We're excited to invite you to join our ARP (Additionally Resourced Provision) Unit as an SEN Teacher in a supportive and dynamic primary school in Ealing, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping young lives.

About the Role As our new Primary SEN Teacher, you'll work with a small, dedicated class of students in Years 4-6, focusing on those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD), and other sensory needs. With a current class size of 13 (expected to grow to 15), this is your chance to lead a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment tailored for a diverse range of abilities.

In this role, you will:

Collaborate closely with a skilled team of TAs and HLTAs to deliver an inspiring multi-sensory curriculum as our Primary SEN Teacher.
Engage students with a variety of interactive approaches, including sensory diets, visual aids, phonics, PECS, and Makaton.
Support students managing complex emotional and behavioural challenges through techniques like Zones of Regulation.
Conduct and manage Annual Reviews, working alongside specialists to ensure students' individual needs are met.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in an SEN setting, particularly with students with sensory needs.
A background in delivering a multi-sensory curriculum and working with students with ASD, SpLD, and challenging behaviour.
Team Teach training (preferred), along with familiarity in PECS, phonics, visual aids, and Makaton.
