  Role Details: Position: Learning Support Assistant (SEND/SEMH) Salary: £85-£95 per day (dependent on experience) Location: Various schools in the area Start Date: Immediate start available Duration: Ongoing, full-time positions   Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEND or SEMH needs.
Assist in the implementation of personalised learning plans and behavioural strategies.
Support students' emotional, social, and academic development in and outside the classroom.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment, helping students overcome barriers to learning.
Work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  The Ideal Candidate: A Psychology degree or similar qualification (essential).
A strong passion for working with students with SEND/SEMH.
Experience in education is beneficial but not necessary .
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships with students.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A proactive and compassionate approach to supporting children and young people.
