About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at OES, based in St Asaph, North Wales, covering North Wales and Cheshire.
This is a new business role focused on generating opportunities across North Wales and Cheshire.
The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in building rapport with key decision-makers, developing pipelines, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities from a list of prospects Generate leads by cold calling, canvassing, and using social media platforms such as LinkedIn Set own appointments Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive pipeline development and achieve sales targets Work closely with the Managing Director to align growth activities with company goals Customer Engagement: Confidently engage with clients over the phone, presenting products and services clearly and effectively Listen to customer needs and ask insightful questions to identify solutions Provide excellent customer service by managing client inquiries and following through on commitments About you: Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 year of B2B experience in business development Experience in securing sales and generating appointments Previous experience in the telecoms industry Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen and ask insightful questions Self-motivated, focused, and target-driven with a positive attitude Confident in speaking with people over the phone/teams and building relationships Remuneration and Benefits: Competitive salary, uncapped commission, and a supportive working environment (Salary starting from £30,000 per year with OTE of £60,000+.)
