Role Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at OES. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities across North Wales and Cheshire.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business prospects from a list of potential clients
  • Generate leads through cold calling, canvassing, and social media platforms like LinkedIn
  • Set appointments with key decision-makers to drive pipeline development and achieve sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B experience in business development
  • Proven track record of securing sales and generating appointments
  • Previous experience in the telecoms industry
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen and ask insightful questions
  • Self-motivated, focused, and target-driven with a positive attitude
