This is a fantastic role within the nation's 5th most popular FMCG brand (1) that requires an experienced Revenue Growth Manager who has had experience of driving fantastic results.
Reporting into the Commercial Strategy & Planning Director, you will develop, plan and initiate strategies to drive margin accretive revenue growth to enable the company to deliver on its vision of being the best quality brand in bakery.
We are looking for a Revenue Growth Manager (FTC Maternity Cover) to join the team based at Head Office in High Wycombe (hybrid 3 days in office with 2 days working from home.)
Key Accountabilities: Identify and discuss revenue growth opportunities through diagnostic analysis and create a plan for implementation with the cross functional teams Create metrics for success, track, monitor and guide against these metrics and develop mitigation plans Create strategies to improve mix management and deliver growth in higher profitable customers and segments Coordination of the tools to deliver NPD execution excellence - launch timings, price & promotional strategy, ranging, merchandising, pack strategies.
