About The Role Key Responsibilities Drive Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Wernick Hire's presence.
Cultivate Client Relationships : Build and maintain relationships with potential new customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Account Management : Open and manage new customer accounts.
Engage with Clients : Attend customer meetings, delivering impactful presentations that showcase Wernick Hires values.
Problem-Solving : Apply logical thinking to overcome challenges and meet client expectations.
Meetings and Follow-Up : Participate in review meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
Product Promotion : Introduce and promote new products to clients as required.
Site Surveys : Conduct site surveys as needed to assess customer requirements.
Event Coordination : Organise and attend client events to enhance relationships.
Collaborative Visits : Support depot managers on customer visits as necessary.
Skills and Experience Industry Expertise : Proven sales experience within the portable accommodation sector is essential.
Communication & Negotiation : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to negotiate and close sales.
Relationship Building : Skilled at establishing and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
