Job Description Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Build and maintain strong working relationships with business partners, working with leaders to understand their priorities and work pro-actively with them to provide value added business focused HR solutions and interventions.Strong understanding of business operations, with the ability to align HR strategies to meet business objectives.Educate leaders and employees on HR policy, process and procedure.Provide coaching and training interventions.Provide good practice HR advice, guidance and support to leaders and individual performers, including in respect of effective employee relations and employment law.Operates as a trusted, credible HRBP.Support aspects of recruitment, performance management and remuneration activity.Support in the development of job descriptions, job evaluation and salary benchmarking.Embed and sustain a high performance culture where leaders take ownership.Lead organisational design efforts, ensuring structures, roles, and responsibilities are optimised for business efficiency and future growth.Design and implement change management strategies to facilitate organisational transformation and enhance operational effectiveness.Support leadership in identifying and implementing organisational improvement initiatives that foster a culture of continuous improvement.Leverage HR metrics, analytics, and insights to inform decision-making and demonstrate HR's impact on the business.Provide regular reporting on key HR and business metrics, identifying trends and recommending actions to address emerging issues.Partner with the HR team to ensure policies, processes, and tools are aligned with business goals and best practices.Daily contact with leaders at all levels as well as employees.Regular contact with other members of Professional Support Services, primarily legal counsel and Finance Business Partners.Regular contact and experience of working with recognised trades unions.Contact with suppliers and third party providers, for example external legal counsel, recruitment agencies and system hosts.Basic RequirementsCore Competencies:A high degree of professionalism.Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence leaders at all levels.
