Person Specification Qualifications Essential Education to Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent level qualification P3O or PMO Essentials Qualifications Desirable Management of Risk (MoR) or equivalent Experience and Knowledge Essential Significant, demonstrable experience of working in a lead PMO role utilising project management methodologies Experience in the application of PMO best practices and continuous improvement reviews.
