End User Support Specialist -Edinburgh, Hybrid Bright Purple's longstanding hospitality client are looking for a customer-focused individual who can offer first-class support to their end users, helping them resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

The role: As a member of the End User Support team, you will be responsible for assisting clients in the hospitality sector with their technical issues, ensuring their systems run smoothly.
Take responsibility for your cases, ensuring timely updates are given and achieving SLAs.
Act as the first point of contact for all support queries, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
Help to create and maintain user documentation and guides.
What you'll bring to the role: Previous client facing experience, ideally in a similar role.
Ability to work well with a diverse multi-cultural environment.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Hospitality experience would be advantageous .
Our client has a client base in the UK and Europe, soproficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Swedish is highly desirable.
