**Job Title:** Community Support Specialist
About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team in Midlothian as a Community Support Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our service users to provide support and assistance with daily living tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist service users with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
- Provide emotional support and companionship to service users
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
Requirements:
- No previous experience in care is required, as comprehensive training will be provided by our award-winning learning and development team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum
