* *Covering Care Calls Responsibilities: * When covering care calls, performing the responsibilities of Community Support Workers, including providing care according to individually tailored care plans, ensuring timely medication administration, assisting with mobility and daily activities, preparing meals, and offering companionship.
* *Issue Reporting and Documentation: * Reporting any issues and concerns to senior staff members.
Completing all relevant forms and reports, including MAR sheets, prompt sheets, incident logs, and other necessary documents.
* *Consent and Ad-Hoc Duties: * Providing care with service users' consent and completing ad-hoc duties as requested by the branch manager.
