Job Title: Utilities Coordinator Location: Aylesbury Salary: Competitive, based on experience Type: Full-time, Permanent position Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading construction and civil engineering project as a Utilities Coordinator.
Based in Aylesbury, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely delivery of statutory undertakers' work while meeting stakeholder requirements.
This position offers a dynamic, collaborative environment where you will liaise with construction teams, design managers, and other key stakeholders to meet project demands.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the interface between design and construction teams, statutory undertakers, and stakeholders.
Support design assurance processes and ensure compliance with engineering and assurance plans.
Identify and mitigate risks through early warnings and change control processes.
Provide guidance on aligning assurance deliverables with client requirements.
Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure readiness for the completion process.
Monitor design reviews and ensure adherence to the project's requirements.
Skills & Qualifications: Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Commercial Management, or equivalent experience.
Certifications: SMSTS EUSR Service Avoidance (Category 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 2 in Utility Avoidance and Buried Services) EUSR Category 2 or NRSWA Location and Avoidance of Underground Services In-depth knowledge of: HS2 Act, Assurance & PPA's Utility Regulations for design, construction, and connection works CDM Principal Designer role Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Full UK driving license is mandatory.
