Classroom Learning Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Classroom Learning Coordinator to join our team at Academics in High Wycombe.

This role involves leading classes, developing children's skills in learning, and utilizing teaching plans to ensure continued student progress without disruption.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with children, confidence in their abilities, and HLTA status or prior teaching assistance experience.

  • Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
  • Hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
  • Long-term and permanent contracts available

You will support pupils across the school, engaging in extracurricular activities outside the classroom. Your skills and experience will be utilized to support the learning and development of each pupil, ensuring they receive encouragement, support, and effective management tailored to meet their needs.
