Job Summary

This is a key role within our company, requiring a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage customer accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Technical Account Managers, processing sales, producing job cards, and maintaining existing accounts. We are offering an estimated salary of £26,000 per annum for this position based in High Wycombe.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize strong IT skills to efficiently process transactions and maintain accurate records.
  2. Support the Technical Account Managers by providing administrative assistance and coordinating tasks.
  3. Process sales and produce job cards in a timely and accurate manner.
  4. Work closely with part orders and details to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  5. Liaise with different departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  6. Deal with quotes and queries from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  7. Maintain existing accounts by updating records and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills and experience working with administrative software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a 4:30pm finish on Friday, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, at our modern clean office space in High Wycombe. Benefits include a competitive salary, 25 days holiday + BH, a healthcare package, and modern clean office space.
