Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Property Assets Coordinator to join our team at Eiffage Kier, working on the HS2 project in Buckingham. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the design interface between EKFB and HS2, ensuring Statutory Undertakers are delivered efficiently.

This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills to interface with various teams, including Utilities Construction, Design Managers, Coordinators, Temporary Works, and Consents Managers. The primary objective is to ensure designs align with project requirements, integrating reasonable demands. Additionally, the ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of the HS2 Act, Assurance & PPA's, Utility Regulations to inform design, construction, and connection works with statutory undertakers.

The successful candidate will hold a degree-level qualification in Project Management, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience. SMSTS certification and independence from construction teams are also essential. A Full UK driving License is mandatory for this role.
