Asset and Estate Valuation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to join our team on a 3-month contract. As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will conduct STOCK CONDITION AND EPC surveys across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire areas.
You will use asset management software on a tablet device to gather data and ensure that all properties meet the required standards.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, estimated to be around £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
In addition to the salary, you will also receive benefits, including ID Badges, calling cards, and a letter of authority for door knocking properties.
