Main duties of the job You will be key in providing and increasing Midwifery Led Care and promoting home births and supporting the Midwifery Led Care Unit at Glangwili General Hospital, Carmarthen.You will also be the co-ordinator of care for high-risk pregnancies working closely with the multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a high quality seamless service.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.Interviews will be held on 19/12/24 About us Hywel Dda University Health Board is the planner and provider of NHS healthcare services for people in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and its bordering counties.

Person Specification Qualifications and Knowledge Essential Registered Midwife with full NMC registration Portfolio of CPD Completed HDUHB preceptorship programme Experience Essential Midwives with completion of preceptorship programme Experience of mentoring and developing staff.
