As a Community Health Specialist with Hywel Dda University Health Board, you will be working within the Tair Sir/Three Counties Community Team providing midwifery care for women and their families in rural Wales.

Main duties of the job

You will play a key role in promoting home births and supporting the Midwifery Led Care Unit at Glangwili General Hospital, Carmarthen.

Able to deliver high-quality individual client care and communicate effectively with patients and staff. Experience of mentoring and developing staff is also essential.

The salary for this position is around £31,800 - £43,041 per annum.
