Hywel Dda University Health Board seeks a skilled Midwife to join its team in Carmarthen, Wales. As a key member of the Tair Sir/Three Counties Community Team, you will provide comprehensive midwifery care to women and their families in rural communities.
The ideal candidate will have full NMC registration, a portfolio of continuing professional development (CPD), and completion of the HDUHB preceptorship programme. With experience in mentoring and developing staff, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality individual client care, you will be well-suited for this role.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a community setting, promoting home births and supporting the Midwifery Led Care Unit at Glangwili General Hospital. You will also coordinate care for high-risk pregnancies, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
