About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Linen Porter to join our housekeeping team at Parkdean Resorts. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our holiday homes are clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Linens and Cleaning Supplies: You will be responsible for receiving and storing linens and cleaning supplies.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: You will perform daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
  • Guest Communication: You will respond to guest queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Requirements
  • Previous Housekeeping Experience: You will have previous experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Physical Ability: You will be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
