What Youll Be Doing: Planning & Creating Content Strategies: Develop organized, data-informed content strategies, adhering to GDPR and copyright regulations.
Interpret campaign KPIs to optimize engagement and ensure measurable success.
Maintain brand alignment across all content for a cohesive voice.
Content Creation - Images, Audio & Video: Use creative and technical skills to produce engaging visual, audio, and video content.
Adapt content for various platforms, including social media (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
Stay updated on emerging digital tools and content trends.
Copywriting & SEO Techniques: Write clear, engaging copy tailored to different audiences and channels, incorporating SEO best practices for visibility.
Understand audience personas to create targeted, impactful content.
Team Collaboration for Campaign Success: Build positive relationships with team members, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate effectively to solve campaign challenges, apply creative solutions, and support team goals.
Campaign Performance Analysis: Utilize Google Analytics to monitor campaign success and deliver actionable insights.
Track SMART objectives and adjust strategies based on audience segmentation and ROI.
Desired Skills, Qualities, and Experience: Creative Confidence: Ability to capture and create high-quality content independently and willingness to travel between sites (expenses paid at £0.45/mile).
- a driving licence will be required.
Digital Interest: An active interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing.
Communication & Analysis: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and basic content editing software.
Independent & Organized: Comfortable working independently, and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
Grading Requirements: A Grade 5/C in Maths and a Grade 4/C in English is required for this role Salary, Hours, and Benefits: Salary: £24,570 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Benefits: Employee Ownership: Every team member shares in our success, with options for shares and dividends.
Flexible, Hybrid Role with opportunities to travel for projects.
