About the Role: As the Territory Sales Manager, you will: Focus on New Business Development: Identify, approach, and secure new clients while nurturing opportunities to expand the customer base.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, lasting partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Deliver Results: Work strategically to exceed sales targets and achieve regional growth objectives.
Collaborate: Partner with the internal sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey, from inquiry to delivery.
Stay Ahead: Keep up to date with industry trends and market insights to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.
Required Skills A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in the technical, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
Demonstrated ability to develop new business and exceed sales targets.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the resilience to thrive in a competitive market.
Full UK driving license and flexibility for regional travel.
