I find it difficult to form new relationships and need you to take the time to understand my needs.
I need a little help with personal care but in the main I would like support so I can enjoy social and leisure activities, engage in therapy and further develop life skills for the future.
I particularly enjoy going away with my team on short breaks.
I have recently flown to Edinburgh and am looking forward to going further afield.
You will have experience of working with children or adults with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
This role would be an excellent opportunity for a therapy student or psychology graduate who will enjoy being part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting my therapy programme and assisting with my behaviour and care management plans.
