Job summary **This position is open to current staff working at the Trust in the 'ECT Family' this includes current East Cheshire NHS Trust employees including Bank staff, East Cheshire registered NHSP staff, ISS colleagues and volunteers at the Trust.

Hours per week: Full and part time considered Main duties of the job The successful post holder will act as a first point of contact for Medical Workforce queries.The successful post holder will be responsible for: Upholding a customer-focused approach, responding to enquiries promptly.Be skilful in handling and resolving queries and complaints.Be responsible for maintaining accurate records.Be responsible for the co-ordination of various administrative activities.Support the onboarding process for new Medical and Dental staff.Support with engaging departments to address staffing needs.Providing effective administrative support to the Medical Staffing Team.Support with timely processing of payroll.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential GCSE's A*-C in Maths and English NVQ3 (National Vocational Qualification) or equivalent experience Knowledge & Skills Essential Good written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage own workload and prioritise IT literate and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software Professional demeanour, good customer service skills Confident to handle queries from all levels of staff Desirable Ability to operate staffing / finance systems - Healthroster Experience Essential Experience in busy administration role Experience of working in a customer service environment Desirable Experience of working within a staffing / resourcing function Specific Job Requirement Essential Willingness to be flexible in changing priorities and adapt to meet new demands Remain calm and focussed under pressure Other Role Requirements Essential Please refer to the Job Description and Person Specification for further details.
