Field Sales Manager

Field Sales Manager - Hospitality £28k - £32k Basic Salary OTE £60k+ (Uncapped) 3/4 days on the road Flexible Working Manchester Staff is excited to partner with a company expanding its Business Development team.
This role focuses on selling online hospitality marketing solutions to businesses, particularly restaurants and hotels.
The opportunity offers an excellent commission structure, flexibility, and progression in a family-run business with over decades of experience.

Package and Benefits: * Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (flexible working arrangements) * Hybrid working – mostly on the road, with occasional office visits in Manchester * Competitive salary with uncapped commission * Mileage and expense reimbursement for car use * Pension scheme * Holiday entitlement (details provided at the offer stage) Roles and Responsibilities: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the company's online publication and partnerships with restaurants, hotels, and events venues.
Using your ability to build and maintain relationships, you will negotiate terms and closing deals.
The role requires you to be in office once a week and then be out on the road the remainder of the week generating new business.
