Competitive Salary starting at £26,000+ Details: Handle incoming customer telephone calls for engineer's callouts, technical support, and sales enquiries.
Manage general email inquiries, booking procedures, and quotations.
Provide general administration support for the service department.
Utilise Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Microsoft 365) and our client's CRM system (Clik).
Produce monthly service reports and weekly quoted remedial reports.
Coordinate engineer's holiday requests within your geographical area.
Organise travel arrangements for engineers, including hotel bookings, flight arrangements, and training courses.
Maintain an organised database of engineer's job reports and customer information.
Chase and process customer purchase order numbers and invoice payments.
Assist with supplier and health and safety questionnaires.
Provide holiday cover for engineering teams as needed.
