Job Description Part-Time Guest Speaker Networker (2 Year Fixed-Term-Contract) This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious and premium education offering, and to be instrumental in the success of securing guest speakers to delight and inspire students.
This is a 3 day per week, 2-year fixed-term contract.
Part-Time Guest Speaker Networker Responsibilities This Guest Speaker Networker role will be busy and varied and will include but not be limited to: Identifying, securing, and building strong relationships with guest speakers; Working closely with internal teams regarding all aspects of guest speaker booking and logistics coordination; Managing all guest speaker administration and contracts whilst ensuring terms and fees are negotiated accordingly; Creating and retaining strong relationships with guest speakers and academic professionals to ensure long term collaboration and participation; Thinking outside of the box in relation to engaging relevant speakers and helping to enhance the quality and diversity of all educational offerings; Managing the speaker budget and be responsible for all records relating to the speakers.
