About Our Client: Our client is a leading provider of specialist rehabilitation and recovery services, located in the vibrant and diverse area of Leeds.
Their 19-bed facility offers high-dependency care for adults facing complex mental health challenges, personality disorders, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and gender identity issues.

As they continue to evolve, we are looking for an experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead the clinical operations and shape the hospital's future.
The Role of Director of Clinical Services (DoCS): As Director of Clinical Services, you will be a central figure in the senior leadership team, with full responsibility for the strategic oversight and operational management of all clinical services across the hospital.
You'll oversee both the nursing and therapy teams, ensuring the highest standards of care while driving service improvements and fostering a culture of continuous quality.
You will work closely with the Hospital Director to implement strategies that support the hospital's vision, enhance patient outcomes, and uphold regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities: As DoCS, you will: * Lead clinical services across two wards, ensuring high-quality patient care is consistently delivered.
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve patient outcomes and service effectiveness.
* Drive clinical governance, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and adherence to clinical guidelines.
* Foster a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach, integrating care across teams to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
* Manage the clinical budget, balancing cost-effective service delivery with the highest care standards.
* Provide inspirational leadership, mentoring clinical staff to encourage high engagement, development, and retention.
* Lead quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits, ensuring continuous improvements in care standards.
* Enhance hospital reputation by ensuring clinical services consistently exceed quality standards and performance indicators.
What We're Looking For: To thrive as Director of Clinical Services, you will have: * Current NMC or HCPC registration.
* At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role in mental health, rehabilitation, or a similar healthcare setting.
* Proven experience in managing clinical services operations, including leading nursing and therapy teams.
* Strong knowledge of statutory regulations and clinical best practices.
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams.
* Budget management experience, ensuring the delivery of cost-effective care without compromising on quality.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
