As we expand our provision for students with special educational needs and disabilities, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the College in a new role as a Health and Care Coordinator.
We are looking for a resilient and motivated individual to be responsible for the coordination and review of information, resources and training in relation to the ongoing health and care needs of students within the College.
You will ensure consistent and robust information sharing practices take place between key staff, parents and other professionals, supporting the creation of risk assessments, support plans and policies to ensure the health and care needs of the students are met at College.
If you are committed to advocating for the rights, dignity, and inclusion of students with disabilities, empowering them to advocate for themselves and access the support and resources they need to succeed then this is the role for you
