Join us were an Investors in People Silver Standard Company We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a Regional Manager on an 18 month fixed term contract to join our Arb Rail & Infrastructure division situated in and around the Cardiff area.
You will contribute to the performance and growth of the division and ensure that we exceed our clients expectations on safety quality and operational delivery.
The Regional Managerwill predominantly be involved in arb & deveg projects but the work scope may potentially also include fencing and minor civils work.
Duties will include:
Managing multiple Site Supervisors and sites to exceed client and internal KPIs Assist with the planning safety and quality of the works carried out Survey sites to evaluate work required and ensuring adequate resourcing to deliver This is a field based role in the South Wales area. You will either be on site or working from home.
Who are we looking for
This is a great opportunity for a change. You could be working as a manager on the rail side and looking for a change into deveg work or you could be a strong Arb Manager looking for a move into rail. The candidate will ideally have had some but not necessarily all of the following;
Relevant managerial and operational experience or equivalent relevant practical experience. Solid commercial acumen with experience of managing NEC contracts Previous experience in the rail industry Experienced in effectively leading teams Effective influencing and negotiating skills. Knowledge and strong commercial acumen of tendering Join us to make a difference
