Your role at BRE As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in building and growing relationships with key stakeholders, including director-level professionals in the real estate and construction industries.
You'll take ownership of specific account types, products, and tactical sales campaigns, working collaboratively to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
Develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.
Engage with customers through phone, email, Teams, and occasionally face-to-face meetings.
Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, meeting ambitious revenue and profit targets.
Work collaboratively with our Business Development, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Services teams to refine lead generation and enhance customer satisfaction.
Report on sales activity and performance to senior leadership using CRM and other reporting tools.
Provide customer insights and feedback to influence product and service improvements Your profile Early to mid-career professionals with experience in inside sales, relationship management, or account management.
A proven track record of consultative selling and achieving sales targets in the real estate or construction industries.
Experience engaging with director-level stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance sales and administration effectively.
Remote location This is a remote role with occasional travel to our Watford head office.
