If you are an experienced cleaner with previous supervisory or managerial experience, then this role offers an exciting opportunity to further your career in a key leadership position.
As a Domestic Services Supervisor, you will join our busy Domestic Services department, where you will ensure that cleaning duties are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.
You will oversee the day-to-day management of cleaning staff, ensuring strict adherence to cleaning, hygiene and health and safety rules.
In addition to this, you will help identify, report and investigate any damage or maintenance issues that arise, escalating when necessary.
Drawing on your strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, you will also carry out routine stock checks, ensuring that appropriate stock levels are maintained, as well as conducting safety checks of cleaning equipment as required.
We are looking for a committed and hard-working individual, with previous supervisory experience and good knowledge of cleaning best practices.
You will need a working knowledge of Health and Safety practices in a Domestic Services context, as well as good interpersonal, communication and IT skills.
Additional experience of COSHH, health and safety and manual handling within a cleaning environment, will also be essential.
