Offboarding Administrator

We are looking for a Temporary Offboarding Administrator to join our Customer Services team for a 6 months FTC .
As an Offboarding Administrator, you will be reporting directly to the Customer Retention Manager and assist in the Offboarding of customers that have decided to leave 4Com.
You will be working collaboratively with other Customer Service colleagues, managing your own cases, and providing administrative support to the Customer Retention Manager.
Please note that this role is fully office-based in Bournemouth.

As an Offboarding Administrator your responsibilities will include: Receiving and processing leaving notifications received against Line, Broadband and SIP services, contacting the customer to discuss their reasons/requirements.
Logging and checking all transfer requests and ensure they follow the Winback process where relevant.
Communicating directly with third party funders where necessary, this may be through but not exclusively, delinquency or customer complaints.
Liaising with various departments to assist in the recovery of equipment from customers that have exited the agreements or seen their agreements terminated.
Researching the customer's account ensuring that you have a full understanding of their business and experience with 4Com, noting case history, billing history and any relevant documentation within the Customer's file.
Ensuring that all avenues for Customer Retention have been explored.
Where unsuccessful, ensuring to follow the offboarding process.
Handling incoming calls.
