Prestigious opportunity for an IT Service Delivery Manager dedicated to a Digital Transformation for a Global Market leading organisation in the Travel Services sector.

As our In-Life IT Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for:- Managing IT Service in Life (BAU) Developing and enforcing IT SDM Policy Vendor and Service Provider Management Supporting IT tenders and projects Driving Service Delivery Excellence Driving Continuous Service Improvement Providing regular reporting on service performance metrics and KPIs to senior management Staying abreast of industry trends best practices in IT service delivery vendor management If you possess a combination of some of the following skills, then LETS TALK
Expertise in IT service delivery management, with a focus on in-life service management.
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
Experience managing vendor relationships and monitoring service performance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in transitioning IT services into BAU from projects.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are desirable.
Experience with onshore/offshore model Familiarity with a geographically diverse environment
