Mental Health Transformation Programme Manager

Job summary We are looking to a recruit a dynamic, patient centred Mental Health Transformation Programme Manager to work for the Lincolnshire ICB and partners across the system as part of the MHDLDA Alliance Strategic Development, Innovation and Integration hub.
It is an exciting time to join us and help shape our response to the key area of mental health, supporting the delivery of our strategic plans.
This role is to support the Head of Mental Health Transformation responsible for oversight of Strategic transformation functions of the ICB supporting the delivery of key national indicators and you will be able to shape delivery of both ICB and provider delivered services.
This role is to progress the development and delivery of strategy and pathway transformation across the Integrated Care System.
You will need to be an experienced programme manager with a track record of delivering and supporting transformation across complex systems for people with Mental Health, Dementia and/or Neurodiverse conditions and have an in-depth knowledge of commissioning acquired through post graduate diploma or equivalent experience or training, plus further specialist knowledge or experience to master's level equivalent.
Main duties of the job Support the development, leadership and oversight of the delivery of the Lincolnshire mental health transformation programmes.
Contribute, and lead as appropriate, monitoring the progress of all projects within the programmes of work and ensure the development of mitigations where these are off track Participate in identifying data, and analysis, requirements and co-producing the design for data gathering and desired outputs.
Participate in the planning and engagement with clinicians and stakeholders to understand the case for change for the development of future models of care and contribute to the implementation of change.
Support system planning and contribute to the development of business plans to deliver the Long-Term Plan and subsequent strategies and ensure the programme is aligned with interdependent transformation programmes, urgent and emergency and care, personalisation, digital and mental health inpatients.
Contribute to the authoring of bids for transformation funding.
Ensure that the work programme connects to the others within the work stream, and links to those in other work streams.
Support, and lead as appropriate, the development of implementation plans for all projects and ensure the dependencies are addressed.
Manage liaison with communication lead to ensure seamless transfer of information and message management.
Influence and motivate multiagency, multidisciplinary teams while focussing on the programme delivery.

Support clinical, operational, and corporate services across a range of health, social care and VCFSE organisations in the identification, planning and implementation of service redesign and transformation opportunities to improve quality of care.
Lead and manage any staff allocated to the area of work where appropriate.
Participate in identifying data, and analysis, requirements and co-producing the design for data gathering and desired outputs.
Participate in the planning and engagement with clinicians and stakeholders to understand the case for change for the development of future models of care and contribute to the implementation of change.
Participate in the effective commissioning of services to deliver the objectives of the work programme, including financial planning and objectives.
Person Specification Experience Essential Education to degree level or equivalent through a range of experience / qualifications.
Masters are desirable.
Experience of commissioning and transforming services Significant previous experience of achievement in project management within a complex environment.
Post graduate qualification in project management or equivalent Excellent communication and relationship skills, ability to build trust and collaboration in a wide range of stakeholders.
