Mental Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our team at P4 Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for supporting individuals experiencing mental illness.
The successful candidate will work in a safe and secure environment, providing short-term stays of up to 7 days. Our organisation offers a supportive and non-judgmental space for individuals to receive the care they need.
About the Role:- Provide support to individuals with mental health needs, promoting their well-being and recovery
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
Salary: £23,400 per annum, plus £62.64 per sleep-in shift
Requirements:- Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., social work, nursing)
- Experience working in mental health settings, preferably with adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
