You will play a crucial role in leading clinical teams to provide and maintain the highest standards of nursing and care.Key Responsibilities: Oversee medication protocols and ensure accurate MAR charts.Identify and implement specialist training for nursing staff.Lead and support the nursing and care team, fostering a positive work environment.Manage staff supervisions, disciplinaries, and recruitment.Conduct weekly clinical audits and drive improvement initiatives.Ensure comprehensive reviews of care plans to pre-empt risks.
