**Job Title:** Surgical Theatre Manager

Salary: Up to £3600 (bonus included)

Job Description:

As a Theatre Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and managing the theatre team to deliver exceptional patient care and drive quality improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and motivating your team, driving their performance while supporting hospital initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ODP level 3 / Registered Nurse
  • At least 3 years previous theatre manager or deputy managers role
  • Demonstrable ability to lead continuous change process in a healthcare facility and achieve sound outcomes through positive team engagement
