About:
Located in the beautiful coastal town of St Leonards-on-Sea, my client's nursing home is committed to providing exceptional care to residents, including those living with dementia. They pride ourselves on fostering a warm, inclusive environment where residents and staff alike feel valued and supported.

As a Clinical Lead, you will:
Lead and support the nursing team to deliver high-quality care.
Act as a role model, mentor, and clinical expert for staff.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needs, including those with dementia.
Work closely with the Home Manager to promote a culture of excellence.

To be successful in this role, you must:
Be a registered nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
Have experience as a senior nurse, ideally within a nursing home environment.
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
Have a passion for delivering person-centred care.
Knowledge or experience in dementia care is highly desirable.
