Job summary UNLOCK YOUR BEST WORK LIFE + MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO EVERY LIFE We have an exciting opportunity for a Substance Misuse Clinical Lead to join our Substance Misuse team at HMP Dovegate, a Category B men's prison near Uttoxeter in Staffordshire.
In this role you will have the opportunity to provide the highest standards of healthcare to our patients, without having to compromise on efficiency and quality.
Hours Mon - Fri: 07:00- 20:00 Saturdays: 1200-1600.
You will be expected to work Mon to Saturdays on a rotational basis.
Salary This position is full time and youll receive an annual salary up to £55,996 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job As a Substance Misuse Lead your responsibilities will vary.

Qualifications Required Registered NMC Nurse Non-Medical Prescribing qualification Evidence of Continued Professional Development Experience of working within substance misuse services Experience managing teams Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.

As a Substance Misuse ClinicalLead with Practice Plus Group you will:Provide Outstanding evidence based care to our patients by seekingout, listening to and acting on feedback so that care is personalised andinformed by what matters to them.
Youwill also provide clinical expertise and expert advice for primary careservices throughout the prison to drive up clinical performance.
Deliver Lead the team to deliver, non-judgemental care that is safe,high quality, patient centred whilst meeting CQC requirements, following ourpolicies, procedures and always considering safeguarding.Inspire Excellence in your colleagues by pro-actively leading theservice and motivating the team recognising that our workforce is our mostvaluable asset.
You will forge stronglinks with our partners and stakeholders, providing a service that people cantrust, feel safe within and feel proud of.Promote Best practice, clinical supervision, evidence based care andcontinuous quality improvement embedding a culture of reflection and sharedlearning.
