I am looking for a skilled CRM Specialist to support our amazing Publishing Client, leading strategies that drive audience growth, engagement, and retention efforts.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in CRM management within an editorial or content-driven environment and demonstrate a proven ability to create, analyse, and optimise email marketing campaigns that boost subscriber acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities: Complete a comprehensive audit of the current CRM infrastructure, including audience segmentation, automations, and customer journeys.
Leverage their CRM system to improve customer segmentation and personalise campaigns to drive higher engagement, website traffic, and returning user activity.
Oversee the complete lifecycle of email campaigns, including copywriting, content creation, setup, scheduling, and testing.
Continuously review and refine automation workflows to enhance performance, identifying opportunities for new flows that improve key metrics.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, and deliverability) to best inform strategies and enhance outcomes.
Key Requirements: Proven experience in CRM roles within editorial or content-focused organisations.
Hands-on experience migrating between email platforms.
In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, including GDPR compliance, user experience (UX), and email deliverability.
Proficiency with tools like Mailchimp or similar.
Experienced with A/B testing methodologies.
Strong analytical skills paired with a creative mindset for audience engagement.
