Funding against business assets such as receivables, plant & machinery, inventory and property can provide a flexible, fast and efficient way to pursue new business opportunities for a number of different objectives including; growth, acquisition, turnaround and expansion.
We offer funding, between £500,000 and £25,000,000 per eligible business, to SME businesses that want to scale up and grow.
We also offer cash flow loans and export-based receivables financing.

The team have extensive collective experience in commercial and corporate lending.
Leading the way with Asset Based Lending Size - Working capital and term financing for trading businesses requiring finance from £500,000 up to £25,000,000.
Assets - Financing business assets including revolving assets (receivables and inventory) and fixed assets (Equipment, Plant and Machinery and industrial and commercial property).
Events - Supporting multiple situations including acquisition, growth and expansion, re-finance and turnaround.

Managing a varied portfolio across different industries with ABL facility products including Invoice Discounting, P&M, Inventory, Cash Flow and Property loans.
The role would suit an individual who has strong experience in an existing Relationship Management or Senior Auditor position and is looking to further develop their career in managing more complex and covenant led facilities within the Asset Based Lending Industry.
Responsibilities: Manage own portfolio of customers meeting retention, growth and income goals.
Facility limits between £3m and £25m consisting of Invoice Finance, P&M, Inventory, Cash Flow and Property loans.
Adherence to CBF and Bank standards in respect of all risks including credit, operational and regulatory risk.
Analyse financial and non-financial information as part of ongoing customer assessment process and ensure appropriate action is taken when required.
Spread financial management information received monthly, analyse and challenge management on assumptions.
Maintain and challenge exit / recovery strategies with both internal and external management.
Assess, prepare and submit credit applications for overpayments and annual customer reviews, ensuring appropriate commentary and analysis to aid decision making.
Present papers into Bank Executive Credit Committee where required.
Monitor customer portfolio and act as necessary to manage within acceptable risk while ensuring quality account management.
Report on portfolio covenant compliance and key performance indicator management to senior management on a monthly basis.
Maintain delivery of a high-quality service to customers.
Understand CBF's and the wider Bank's products and services, and proactively identify and action sales opportunities in order to best meet customer needs.
Build knowledge and understanding of relevant markets and customers in order to help assessment of customer needs.
Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal stakeholders, notably within Operations, Sales and Risk functions, to enhance customer satisfaction, risk management and CBF growth.
Essential Knowledge & Experience Experience of working in an Relationship Management or Audit role within the Asset Based Lending industry Strong risk management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.
Desirable knowledge & Experience: Portfolio Management.
