This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of their HR operations by: * Overseeing the end-to-end implementation of the new HRIS, ensuring smooth integration and system rollout.
* Managing data migration, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all HR system-related processes.
* Developing and creating valuable HR metrics, enabling insightful reporting to inform decision-making.
* Producing user guides and delivering system training to HR and other key teams.
* Supporting employee relations cases to further expand your HR expertise, if desired.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering you the chance to play a key role in transforming HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities include: * Leading the implementation and optimisation of the HR Information System (HRIS).
* Managing the migration of data into the new system, ensuring complete accuracy and integrity.
* Developing HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to improve decision-making.
* Supporting staff with system queries and offering comprehensive training.
* Contributing to employee relations cases and HR processes, broadening your HR knowledge.
The Ideal Candidate Will: * Have significant experience with HR systems, analytics, and reporting.
* Ideally have experience in implementing HRIS within the education or similar sectors.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and systems integration.
* Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Possess a process-driven, analytical mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
* Be proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Be committed to continuous improvement and willing to challenge existing processes for better outcomes.
