Position : Head of Sales | EMEA Location : Remote within England (Ability to travel monthly, as well as attend the Manchester HD Office) Company : Hawkin Dynamics Salary : Competitive Salary and Commission Structure.

Role Overview : Hawkin Dynamics is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the EMEA region.
As Head of Sales, you will be at the forefront of our expansion, driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring our force measurement solutions reach new markets.
Key Responsibilities : o Sales Achievement : Consistently meet sales targets, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
o Pipeline Management : Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure quarterly targets are met.
o Strategic Approach : Implement a systematic and strategic approach to sales, ensuring consistent and measurable results.
Tailoring sales strategies to suit the diverse market conditions across different EMEA countries.
o Sales Documentation : Accurately and promptly prepare sales quotes and orders, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
o Negotiation : Use the pricing matrix effectively during negotiations to maximize returns and secure optimal deals.
o Customer Relationship Management : Provide outstanding customer service, building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients.
o Industry Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, positioning yourself as an expert in force measurement solutions.
o Product Mastery : Possess deep knowledge of our products and understand what sets Hawkin Dynamics apart from competitors.
o Record Keeping : Maintain meticulous records of sales leads and internal documents to ensure seamless tracking and follow-up.
o Proactivity and Creativity : Show initiative, creativity, and organizational skills to drive sales growth and address challenges proactively.
o Continuous Improvement : Commit to ongoing personal development and process improvements to enhance performance.
o Compliance with Local Regulations: Familiarity with local market regulations, industry standards, and compliance, particularly within the EMEA region.
o Cultural Sensitivity: Experience in working across culturally diverse markets.
Qualifications : o Experience : Proven experience in a sales role within elite sporting, allied health, or occupational contexts, preferred with force measurement solutions.
o Commercial Acumen : Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of managing and growing key stakeholder relationships.
o Negotiation Skills : Demonstrated success in negotiating and securing high-value new business deals.
o Target Driven : Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a focus on achieving and surpassing goals.
o Travel : Willingness and ability to travel regularly to meet clients and attend industry events across EMEA.
o Language Proficiency : Excellent written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications : o Additional Language : Proficiency in an additional language to facilitate communication across the EMEA region o CRM Experience : Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
